Brian Setzer Orchestra is coming back to Atlanta for his 12th Annual “Christmas Rocks!” Tour at the Cobb Energy Centre on December 5th! Get in the Christmas mood a little bit early this year and take a listen to his new song “Rockabilly Rudolph” off his new album Rockin’ Rudolph.

From Brian Setzer & The Stray Cats, to The Brian Setzer Orchestra and solo material in between, Brian Setzer’s undeniable “rockability’ always keeps the fans coming back for more. Setzer is able to seamlessly bring together rock ‘n’ roll, jazz and big band, no matter what new adventures he and his band set out for. Beginning in 1990, this crowd pleasing style has produced gems like The Dirty Boogie and Vavoom!, and the band hit their holiday stride in 2002 with their Boogie Woogie Christmas album. BSO put their own unique spin on Christmas classics like “Jingle Bells” and “Run Rudolph Run” while also adding their own holiday hit “Boogie Woogie Santa Claus.” While still recording and releasing original hits, they kept the holiday jams coming with albums like Dig That Crazy Christmas, The Best Of Collection- Christmas Rocks!, and the soon to be released Rockin’ Rudolph. BSO has the unique ability to turn old Christmas songs upside down, into new fan favorites, breaking down everybody’s Christmas favorites and brings in his own attitude and new era spin, in order to keep these songs fresh and entertaining. His orchestra, consisting of of saxophone, clarinet, flute, trumpet, bass, piano and vocals, does an incredible job of keeping the spirit of “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree” alive, but puts on the BSO “rockability” spin you would expect.

BSO’s new album Rockin’ Rudolph, is is a continuation of the formula that has given him success in the past, putting his own spin on Christmas hits of yesterday while including two brand new Christmas originals “Yabba-Dabba Yuletide” and “Rockabilly Rudolph.”

This winter’s 30+ city “Christmas Rocks!” Tour, beginning on November 14th in Minneapolis, MN and ending in Calgary, AB on December 29th, is something you will not want to miss! The tour stops in Atlanta, December 5th at the Cobb Energy Centre, where they are sure to get you dancing in the aisles!
